October 25th, Good Morning Ladies, It’s so hard to believe that week by week suddenly becomes a 6 month season - and here we are at the end of it :-(. Sorry to say “today” is our last official Tuesday....I’ll miss you..... I hope you’ve enjoyed the opportunity to play golf here at Colts Neck, and that I’ll see all of you again in the Spring. In the meantime, please remember you can continue to play golf here all winter - we have winter greens (the white circles that you see outlined near the greens presently) and as long as there’s no snow on the course, we’re open....and of course, you can continue to play well into the Fall at the same weekly league price of $30, so I hope we’ll continue to see you out here. Last week 56 of you played “Blind Partners” - to evenly distribute the teams, I seperated everyone into 2 groups - those with 100+ and those with 99 or less - then I chose 1 name from each group to create “blind teams”. So congratulations to our winning teams and our best putters and chippers!!! |
