The dining experience at The Colts Neck Golf Club includes Chef Tasting events with the renowned cuisine of Executive Chef Toni Froio, formerly of area restaurants i Cavallini and the Farmingdale House.
Chef Toni has always been passionate about cooking - from her early years in Modena, Italy, inventing new dishes for her family to her extensive training under world-renowned chefs at the Culinary Institute once she settled in the States. She quickly embarked on an impressive vocational path that has encompassed ownership of Chef Toni Italian Emporium, the Farmingdale House Restaurant and Il Cortile Restaurant; four-star ratings from all major NJ newspapers; and a "Top Restaurant in New Jersey" award from Zagat.
Toni specializes in northern Italian cuisine and feeds her lifelong passion by continuing to create new dishes that both meet her scrupulous standards and keep her clientele excited about her inspired menus.
