Originally from the renowned culinary region of Bordeaux, France, Chef Alain began his career at the age of 16, honing his craft in prestigious kitchens across France and Europe before bringing his expertise to the United States.
Chef Alain’s remarkable journey has taken him from the bustling kitchens of New York City to the sunny shores of Palm Springs, California. Since relocating to New Jersey, he has left his mark at top restaurants such as Fromagerie, Raven and The Peach, and Eagle Oaks. With his exceptional talent and international recognition, Chef Alain brings a fresh level of culinary excellence to our club.

Our highly professional and sought-after Executive Chef and his team will prepare exquisite, mouth-watering entrees for you overlooking our scenic golf course. In addition to fine dining, the Opus 50 is available for family parties, private functions and other upscale events.
